Safety

Policy

Commitment to the prevention of accidents, injuries and illnesses.

  • We comply with all applicable laws, regulations and other requirements, and continuously assess and eliminate potential risks associated with actions and equipment in all on-site operations, thereby preventing accidents, injuries and illnesses.

Commitment to maintaining a healthy workplace environment.

  • Taking climate change into consideration, we are committed to maintaining a clean and healthy working environment for all personnel on site.
  • We incorporate employee feedback and utilize employee satisfaction surveys to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.

Full Participation

  • We foster communication with all employees and promote occupational health and safety activities through full participation.

Initiatives

Guided by the principle that “safety comes first,” we aim for zero accidents by promoting safety awareness among all employees and continuously improving the workplace environment.
In addition to complying with fundamental safety principles and reviewing work procedures as necessary, we are committed to preventing accidents through ongoing efforts such as the regular exchange of safety-related opinions and knowledge, the sharing of accident cases and near-miss incidents, and the implementation of “Safety Awareness Day” initiatives led by the President.
In equipment inspections, we go beyond legally required inspections by adopting a risk-based maintenance approach and implementing preventive maintenance, proactively replacing defective equipment before failures occur.
To prepare for risks that could significantly impact our business—including natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, secondary disasters, and the threat of large-scale infectious diseases—we have established a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) aimed at ensuring the rapid recovery of our operations.

Initiatives

We strive to ensure and continuously enhance the quality of our services to deliver high-quality solutions.

We are committed to identifying and addressing issues that drive quality improvement by providing logistics improvement proposals based on customer needs and by regularly conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
